Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after a shipping label has been created.

From time to time, The Luxe Bags may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed on our website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at support@theluxebags.com.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

While we will gladly assist in locating a package, The Luxe Bags is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs agencies, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled only before they have been processed and shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for return eligibility requirements.
